Accessibility Statement

Regenerize aims for its website, store and telehealth visits to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. If anything on our site or in our care is hard for you to use, contact us and we will provide the information or service another way at no cost.

What we do

• Test key pages, including booking, checkout and intake, with keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader.
• Provide text alternatives for images, captions for videos, readable color contrast, and forms with clear labels.
• When able, we provide auxiliary aids for visits at no cost.
• When able, we provide language interpretation for patients who prefer a language other than English.

Known limitations

Some pages and tools come from other companies, including our patient portal, scheduling, payment processing, pharmacy and lab sites. We ask these vendors to meet accessibility standards but do not control their sites. If you have trouble with any of them, contact us and we will help directly.
