Terms of Use

Effective date: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of regenerizehealth.com and our online store (the “Site”), operated by Regenerize, PLLC, 819 Hwy 2, Suite 103, Sandpoint, ID 83864. By using the Site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Not for emergencies

The Site and our telehealth services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988.

Website content is not medical advice

Information on the Site is general education. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only after you complete our intake, verify your identity, and a Regenerize provider evaluates you in a telehealth visit and accepts you as a patient.

Who can use our services

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be physically located in a state where we offer the service at the time of every visit. See our Telehealth State Availability page. We confirm your location at each visit.
  • You must give accurate, complete information about your identity and health, including a valid government photo ID.

Telehealth care

  • Visits are by secure video. Our nurse practitioners use their professional judgment. We do not guarantee that you will receive any prescription, product or result.
  • Some services require lab work, in-person exams or follow-up visits before or during treatment. Controlled substances such as testosterone are prescribed only where the law allows.
  • Your care is also governed by the consent forms you sign at intake and by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Compounded medications

Some medications we prescribe, including compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and hormone preparations, are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. Your provider will discuss the risks, benefits and alternatives, including FDA-approved options, before prescribing. Prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy, not by Regenerize.

Supplements

Supplements sold in our store are not medications. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk with your provider before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Accounts

Keep your login private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that give false information or misuse the Site.

Purchases, pricing and subscriptions

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Auto-reorder subscriptions renew and charge your saved payment method on the schedule you choose at checkout until you cancel. Before you subscribe, checkout shows the price, frequency, discount and how to cancel.
  • Cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions, or by contacting us. Cancel at least 2 days before the next renewal date to avoid that charge.
  • Refunds, returns, shipping, and visit cancellations are covered in our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation & No-Show Policy, which are part of these terms.
  • Cash-pay patients can request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. See our Good Faith Estimate Notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for anyone else’s care without legal authority; give false identity, location or health information; resell products bought from the Site; interfere with Site security; scrape or copy Site content in bulk; or use the Site to break any law.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, graphics, logos and design belong to Regenerize or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other uses need our written permission.

Third-party sites and services

The Site links to services we do not control, such as our patient portal, scheduling, payment processing, pharmacies and labs. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement for the Site and store products. Nothing in this section limits a provider’s professional duties to patients under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Regenerize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site or a store purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. This section does not apply to claims about the medical care you receive or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Idaho law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts for Bonner County, Idaho, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date forward and do not change orders already placed.
